Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain English.

Who we are

Enhance-Her is a trading brand of Precision Life&Style Group Ltd, the data controller for your personal data. Our registered address is 6 Minshull Street, Manchester M1 3ED. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC157556.

What we collect

When you use our consultation enquiry form or our membership waitlist form, we collect:

  • Your name (or first name on the waitlist).
  • Your contact details (email, and your phone number if you give it).
  • On the consultation form, the area of treatment you are interested in and any short message you choose to write.

Please do not use these forms to send medical information. They are not a secure channel for health data. If any medical detail does reach us through a form, we delete it and we will discuss anything clinical with you privately in person at the studio instead. We never store medical or health information in our marketing or CRM systems.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • Replying to your enquiry and arranging a consultation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you have contacted us asking us to get in touch, so we use your details to do exactly that.
  • Marketing (occasional skin advice and offers). Our lawful basis is your consent. This is optional, the box is unticked by default, and you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect us replying to your original enquiry.
  • Membership waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we use your details to contact you about membership when it opens, on the basis of the consent you give on that form.

Who we share it with

We use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) and email processor. The personal data from these forms (name, contact details, area of interest and marketing preference) is stored in HubSpot on our behalf. HubSpot is configured for EU data residency, so this data is held on servers within the EU. HubSpot only processes the data under our instructions. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, then we remove them. If you have opted in to marketing, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To do any of these, email info@plguk.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. We would always prefer the chance to put things right first, so please do contact us.
